No To Paris Hilton, Says Japan!

LAS VEGAS - SEPTEMBER 20: Paris Hilton arrives at the Clark County Regional Justice Center September 20, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hilton pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors, drug possession and obstructing an officer, as part of a plea deal worked out with prosecutors following her August 27 arrest for cocaine possession on the Las Vegas Strip. As part of the agreement, Hilton will serve a year of probation, pay a USD 2,000 fine, serve 200 hours of community service and must complete a drug abuse program in order to avoid jail time and a felony conviction. Not actually the perfect touchdown.

Following her recent court settlement involving cocaine possession, socialite Paris Hilton makes her landing at Tokyo airport-and stays there!

According to Japanese media reports, Hilton was detained by immigration officials at the Narita International Airport for questioning, barely a day after pleading guilty to cocaine possession.

The blonde heiress was also requested that she stay overnight at an airport hotel for further inquiries on Wednesday, an essential requirement before being allowed to enter the country. Yup, she's built a huge fan-base.

Hilton, 29, was all set to make her appearance at a Tokyo fashion show on Wednesday, but was eventually canceled.

Reveals her L.A. based spokeswoman, "Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn't want to let down her brands and many Asian fans. She intended on fulfilling her contract and is trying hard to do the responsible thing, but this is beyond her control."

Japan's authorities were basically up to the said task, for Hilton's notorious profile would alarm any nation. You just can't have the best of both worlds, sweetie.

Don't worry, you could always settle for sushi back home.
