What's outdoor sports without good old indoor Olympics?
So much for that bad intro. Soccer sensation David Beckham is set to sue a U.S. magazine responsible for spreading reports on the athlete's alleged 'paid' sexcapades, reveals his spokesman.
According to Los Angeles publicist Jeff Raymond, In Touch magazine will be on the receiveing end of Beckham's lawsuit for its so-called defamation, in several jurisdictions starting Friday.
Quotes the magazine, a 26-year-old call girl named Irma Nici, claims to have had sexual encounters with the former England national team captain, 5 times back in 2007. She also adds that Beckham did it with another prostitute.
Despite the scandalous reports, wife and former Spice Girl singer Victoria 'Posh' Beckham is behind her hubby "100 percent and wouldn't let this interfere with their lives," disclosed a friend.
Beckham, who once suited up for the Manchester United and Real Madrid, is currently playing for the Los Angeles Galaxy team.
The price of being in the spotlight. It's a relief I didn't bite into the bait.
