Elmo has graduated from general patronage!
Following the removal of her infamous Sesame Street video, Katy Perry lashes back at haters with more Elmo on 'Saturday Night Live.'
Perry, whose controversial Hot N Cold duet with the furry little muppet was rejected due to protests from conservative parents, sports a low-cut Elmo top on the mock daytime talk show, playing a 16-year-old library volunteer named Maureen DiChico.
Talk show hosts Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph capitalize on the pop icon's famous chest, to which Perry rides along with the flow.
Says one host, "Kaboom!" The other host then adds, "Look at Elmo's head - it's all stretched out!"
Perry's character responds by playfully bouncing up and down on the sofa. She also tells the ladies that she was ordered to wear loose-fit getups when she reads to children at the library.
A host hurls another remark, "Who cares if kids are looking at boobs - boobs feed babies, alright?"
Later on, fiance Russell Brand expresses his amusement on a Tweet, saying, "Today's 'Sesame Street' will NOT be brought to you by the number 34 or the letter D."
