In Ashton Kutcher's case, he's not one to stay mum on a touchy issue. The Twitter king and his legal people have made sure that the source responsible for said claims get their just desserts.
Resorting to his Twitter account, the actor has unleashed his fury towards Star magazine, which says that his marriage with wife Demi Moore "is in danger of falling apart" because of allegations of cheating with a sexy, 20-something chick.
"I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees," Kutcher Tweeted on a Wednesday.
The upset Punk'd host also adds, "STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction." That smarts.
Unfazed, stunning actress wife Demi Moore was quick to back up her hubby, Tweeting back with "no question" and "excellent point my love!"
To top it off, Demi flashed her bikini body here.
I don't think Ashton would be dumb enough to let go of those goodies. Oops. Sorry about that, buddy!
