It's war. This year's intense court showdown continues, between estranged lovers Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva. And now, Mad Mel may have the aces up his sleeve.
Mel's extortion allegations against Oksana are reportedly backed up by the former pair's exchange of text messages, which RadarOnline.com has in its possession. The 'lethal tongue' claimed that Grigorieva's asking price for her silence was $10 million. A pricey hush-hush.
Oksana admitted exposing audio tapes containing Mel's nation-rattling racial rants after the actor/director failed to support their daughter as compared to his other seven children.
Yet, the said evidence obtained by Radar Online may need more firepower to nail the opposition. The Californian law states that someone can only be charged of extortion or blackmail provided that threats or force is involved to acquire money or property.
In one of the text messages, Oksana gave emphasis to the best interests of the child, saying that "I don't care about me," and was only concerned about their daughter.
