It's playtime for Justin Bieber before his sold out concert at the Maryland State Fair on Sunday. The only problem is, the homies aren't into his kind of game!


E! News reports that a witness claims Bieber goofed around backstage, and unfortunately for a state trooper, got hit hard by a water balloon courtesy of the Canadian heartthrob's pitching arm. You're in the wrong career, kiddo.

Following the bulls-eye, the peeved and soaking wet trooper was all set to slap the cold cuffs on the culprit, but was fronted instead by the singer's bodyguard who delivered the sweet talk.
The teenster made a quick get-away into his trailer.

Reveals E! News, What Bieber displayed on that colorful Sunday is described "inappropriate," according to a state police spokesman. Despite the incident, no disciplinary actions will be taken.
