Spencer Pratt seems to have the aces right up his sleeves.
But not if Karissa Shannon can help it. According to reports, the Playboy model threatens to file suit against Pratt who allegedly has in his hands, a sex tape which features the beaut and her beau, Sam Jones.
Reveals TMZ, Shannon's lawyer takes clear aim at The Hills star through a written statement, which orders Pratt return the footage that "was taken from her possession" and "contains private materials." Shouldn't be playing with matches, buddy.
Hayes F. Michel, the attorney, has requested that the 26-year-old waste no time in contacting him specifically to arrange the return of all copies of the tapes to its rightful owner.
If that wasn't enough, Pratt is also ordered to produce a written acknowledgment which forbids him to publish, sell, license or expose the said footage. Plus, a list which indicates people and/or companies who have been recipients to these tapes. Dude, like jot that down on your things-to-do-list,
It wasn't long ago that a source had spilled the beans to UsMagazine confirming the alleged existence of Pratt and ex-wife Heidi Montag's sex tapes.
