Justin Bieber Hurls Water Balloon At State Trooper!

44628, LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - Wednesday September 8 2010. Justin Bieber attends the X Box event at the Fantasy Factory in LA. Apparently suddenly shy, the tweeny pop idol tried to hide behind a copy of Halo Reach as he left the event. As he sat in the comfort of his chaffeur-driven car, hewas spotted trying to snap photographers on his cell phone, showing off bandages on his fingers.
