Righty. Mel Gibson gets a whipping in his first court battle against estranged ex-girfriend Oksana Grigorieva on Wednesday.
According to reports, the 54-year-old actor/director was ordered by L.A. Superior
Court Judge Scott Gordon to shell out $60,000 worth of child support to Oksana, 40, during the whole day court session.
If that wasn't enough, Mel's request to prevent the case from being discussed by his whole legal team and reporters in public was also declined by the judge. Double black eye, buddy.
However, Oksana's petition to limit the 'Braveheart' star's visitation rights to their 1-year-old daughter Lucia also backfired, courtesy of judge Gordon's decision.
As of this time, authorities are currently conducting a thorough investigation on both sides, which involves Mel's extortion claims against Oksana following their split-up, and the the Russian musician's domestic violence allegations which took months before she filed the complaint.
