According to reports, Lilo's new beach home boasts of four bedrooms and four bathrooms at 3,100 square feet, with an approximate monthly rent of $7,000. Breathtaking view, and it comes with another package as well. The ex-factor.

Huh? Yup, to top it off, her neighbor happens to be former girlfriend Samantha Ronson, although the DJ isn't all smiles and is quick to point out that the arrangement wasn't planned at all. Nobody's really asking, cupcake.
