According to the Associated Press, The owner of an RV company which is on the receiving end of Lautner's lawsuit, has fired back-engaging him into a push-up contest.
The Twilight heartthrob has recently filed a breach of contract against McMahon's RV, located in Irvine, California, on August 23, for failure to deliver an RV on time for his upcoming movie. Lautner's lawyers are seeking a $40,000 settlement.
The owner, Brent McMahon, failed to be intimidated by the 'kind' gesture, and responded instead by challenging the 18-year-old hunk to a push-up contest as a settlement to the lawsuit. Life would be easier if court issues were settled that way. And happier pockets.
Although denying his faults, Mcmahon has stated that if he wins the said contest, he would donate the money to Children's Hospital of Orange County.
