Yesiree! Kat Von D has come out to profess the real deal with Sandra Bullock's Casanova ex-hubby, Jesse James, to silence speculators once and for all.

Reveals Kat to Access Hollywood, "It's pretty obvious that we're dating. It's actually very new. Although, I've known Jesse for a long time, since I was 22-years-old. We've been friends forever and this is definitely something that I think we weren't expecting and it's been great."

And, the TLC star also nails it when Access fished for more info on the pair's status.

"I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees," Kutcher Tweeted on a Wednesday.

The upset Punk'd host also adds, "STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction." That smarts.

Unfazed, stunning actress wife Demi Moore was quick to back up her hubby, Tweeting back with "no question" and "excellent point my love!"

Reports further reveal that Hilton's beau, Cy Waits, who was driving the vehicle at that time, was slapped with charges of driving under the influence of either drugs or alcohol, or both. Additionally, Paris has denied that the purse containing the illegal substance was hers.

However, sources close to the starlet disclosed to Radar Online that police failed to follow proper procedures when searching the premises, as Hilton was removed from the scene. Her lawyer would take this into account.

On Monday, Hilton was charged with felony cocaine possession and if found guilty, its four years in the slammer.
